At Manuel Latruwe Bakery, we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional pastries and artisan bread. We are looking for a talented and experienced bread baker to join our team.

The position is for Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week.

Salary hourly depending on experience, to be reviewed after 3 months of employment.

Health and dental benefits after 3 months.

Key responsibilities :

Prepare and bake variety of breads with the special focus on sourdough

Ensure consistency and quality in every batch

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Experiment with the new recipes and techniques to enhance our offerings

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sourdough baking is a must

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
