Breakfast Server

The Breakfast Server with WEM Inn is responsible for providing timely and professional service to our guests, while ensuring that all of our guests’ needs are being met.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
• Taking guest orders, keeping them organized, and timing the course of service for guests.
• Ensuring the buffet area is clean and tidy.
• Wiping down all tables with a clean cloth and setting and / or resetting all tables.
• Ensuring dirty dishes are taken to the dish area and sorting them as required.
• Ensuring clean dishes are placed in the proper stations.
• Emptying garbage and recyclables.
• Having knowledge of the menus and specials and responding to guest inquiries when asked.
• Assisting in other Food & B​everage outlets as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
