What will your typical day look like?

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Advise clients on MarTech strategies, architecture, and best practices, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee the integration, migration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM, MRM, Loyalty Platforms).
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on project delivery and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the MarTech landscape, and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams.
• Support business development activities, including the creation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Ensure high standards of quality, data security, and compliance in all project deliverables.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in MarTech or digital consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Deep technical and functional expertise with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM, MRM, Loyalty Platforms).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate experience with agile methodologies and complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated experience in client advisory, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and reviewing materials for business proposals (e.g., RFPs, RFIs).
• Understanding of marketing strategies, data privacy regulations, and how technology enables marketing effectiveness.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is an asset and preferred.

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
