Astral Solutions Group (ASG) is seeking OneStream Solution Architect to join our growing EPM / CPM team. ASG is a team of talented consultants with unique expertise in Corporate Performance Management (CPM).

CPM implementations at ASG provide consultants with a unique opportunity to develop and demonstrate strong business knowledge combined with technical capabilities.

OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. CPM systems are used manage several finance and accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, Forecasting, planning, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

The OneStream Solution Architect is responsible for leading implementations of the OneStream CPM implementation. As an Architect, you will lead a team of both functional and technical consultants responsible for customization, and integration of applications;

as well as functional consultants who possess a deep understanding of corporate accounting concepts including financial reporting, budgeting and planning, allocations, and consolidations.

• Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through project full cycle requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Lead full pre-sales cycle introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contract
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
• Adhere to CPM projects delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on time
• Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing
• Align with company Core values and embrace the company culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social / networking activities
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• 10 + years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM / CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS.
• Must have experience in delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles project on consolidations and Planning.
• Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
• Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
• Deep understanding on FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning and Forecasting.
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
• Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM / CPM implementations
• Experience with VB.net
• Must have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation.
• Experience with data integration between different systems / sources.

Job Type :

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Work Location : Remote and Travel to client site will be required as needed
