We have an immediate need for a Program Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will research, analyze and develop cost models. Manage customer invoicing and support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. Primary Responsibilities :

• Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture
• Lead proposal and estimating efforts to ensure timely, compliant responses to customer RFPs.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain cost models, labor estimates, and material pricing based on current and historical data.
• Compile and evaluate supplier and internal cost data to perform comprehensive price and cost analyses.
• Coordinate the collection of cost, schedule, and performance information from functional departments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of working papers.
• Conduct internal pricing compliance reviews and support external regulatory audits.
• Prepare proposal documentation, approval packages, and audit submissions in accordance with company and government requirements.
• Identify and clearly document assumptions, dependencies, and risk factors in cost build-ups..
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, data validation, and financial insight to improve decision-making and business performance.
• Supporting the development and implementation of improved processes
• Assist in generating program financial artifacts such as CPI reports, graphs, and analysis, as required
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials
• Work safely and in accordance with all applicable acts, regulations, legislation, and codes to ensure personal and public safety

The salary range for this role is 54,000 CAD - 93,150 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.
