Duties and Responsibilities :
- Customer Service- Answering customers' inquiries through various ways (email, phone calls)
- Receiving Shipments in our software program
- Transferring Product from Warehouse to Warehouse
- Bill of Lading management for LTL shipments and calling freight companies
- Create Commercial Invoices and E / Manifests
- Duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

- Customer Service
- Very strong communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with other team members.
- Steel industry or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Prior ERP, logistics, or database experience is preferable
- Syteline (ERP) experience is a plus
