We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with industrial and institutional new-build experience to join a well-established construction company specializing in large-scale, high-profile industrial and institutional projects throughout the Greater Montreal Area. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction, this company has successfully completed complex projects across various cities, including St-Jérôme and St-Hyacinthe, and other areas in the Greater Montreal Area.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience : 7–15 years in the construction industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience as a project manager, with a focus on industrial and institutional new-build projects.
Education : A bachelor's degree in architecture and design is an asset.
Industrial Expertise : Proven experience in managing industrial and institutional construction projects is essential.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Area; the company covers travel-related expenses.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the planning, management, and execution of industrial new-build construction projects.

Lead project teams, providing mentorship to site managers and junior staff.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Drive improvements in project management processes and methodologies.

Compensation :

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80K to $130K, depending on experience.
