What You’ll Be Doing : Reporting to the Executive Vice-President & Chief Human Resources Officer, the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partners will provide leadership and guidance to a team of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to achieve business priorities and ensure service delivery excellence.

The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partners will be responsible for supporting the execution of a full range of initiatives related to employee and labour relations, performance management, leadership development, compliance and health and safety within the Long-Term Care Division.
