Product Coordinator
Overview : We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills and experience in quality management or supervisory roles.
Knowledge and experience within broadcast media and / or advertising agencies are an asset. Bilingualism is mandatory. The role involves training in acquisitions, quality control, client relations, and supporting sales activities.
The candidate will transition into a leadership position, managing team responsibilities, and expanding the company’s client base.
Required Experience :
- Experience in quality management or supervisory roles.
- Knowledge and experience in broadcast media or advertising agency environments are an asset.
- Basic knowledge of sales and client relations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business technology flow.
- Bilingual (English / French) an asset.
Expectations :
- Learn and manage acquisition processes and quality control.
- Supervise production staff and maintain data accuracy.
- Support and expand sales efforts, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
