Hotel Accountant

• Hands on with all hotels financial activity while working closely with the rest of our finance and accounting team.
• Ensure accuracy of daily revenue reconciliation and all bank deposits with the hotel team.
• Managing accounts payable to balance cash flow and protect our reputation with our suppliers.
• Manage accounts receivables processes to ensure accuracy of all billing, timely communication with all accounts, and collection of all outstanding receivables.
• Preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets – as well as reviewing rates and taking part in sales strategy meetings.
• Participate in financial review and analysis to establish targets, benchmarks and best practices to ensure proper flowthrough of revenues.
• Ensuring financial control procedures are ethical and legal.

• Minimum three years in direct hotel accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
