Job Title : Concrete Restoration Estimator
Location : Greater Toronto Area
Experience : 2+ years in Concrete Restoration and Estimating
About the Role :
We are currently seeking a Concrete Restoration Estimator with a minimum of 2 5 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed estimates for concrete restoration projects, including but not limited to parking garages , balconies , waterproofing , and building envelope projects.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software.
