Elite has introduced dozens of unique, diverse, innovative, and high-quality window treatments into Canadians homes and businesses while maintaining the same care and dedication for its customers that has been Elite’s trademark since its inception.  Help us deliver excellent service to our customers by bringing your experience as a QUOTE ADMINISTRATOR. We are located in Vaughan and have an immediate opening.  YOU HAVE

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Moderate to high proficiency with Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-directed with strong prioritization skills.
• Skilled relationship builder with genuine interpersonal strengths.  WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Apply knowledge of Elite’s products and installation requirements to provide accurate quotations
• Act as primary point of contact between the Plant, Sales Representatives, and customers / dealers
• Prepare multiple quotations simultaneously with accuracy and within deadlines, ensuring cost spreadsheets are correct
• Revise and update quotes as required
• For large dealer projects, create and maintain a project tracking spreadsheet for quantities and pricing
• Record all Salesforce-related activities accurately and completely
• Identify, plan, and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
