Position- Salesforce Administrator

Location : Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid) (Once in a week office visit)

Duration- 6 months Contract

Work Auth- Citizens or Permanent Resident

Gravity Infosolutions is hiring for a Salesforce Administrator for one of our client in Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid)

A Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Sales Cloud typically needs a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience. Below are the key qualifications and skills required for this role :

Salesforce Certification

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator : The foundational certification that demonstrates proficiency in Salesforce's platform, including the ability to manage users, data, and security.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant : This certification demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the Sales Cloud features and best practices, helping you design and implement effective Sales Cloud solutions.

Sales Cloud Expertise

  • Sales Cloud Features : Experience with Sales Cloud tools, including Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Path, Forecasting, and Reports / Dashboards.
  • Automation : Knowledge of automating processes using tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes to streamline sales processes.
  • Salesforce Mobile App : Understanding how the Sales Cloud is used on mobile devices for remote sales teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Integration

  • Third-Party Integrations : Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems (such as ERP or marketing automation tools) using tools like MuleSoft or custom APIs.
  • AppExchange Apps : Familiarity with third-party applications available on Salesforce AppExchange that enhance Sales Cloud functionality.
  • Experience in a Sales-Focused Environment

  • Sales Teams : Experience working in or closely with sales teams to understand their workflows, challenges, and requirements.
  • Understanding of Sales Metrics : Familiarity with KPIs and sales performance metrics such as close rates, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Technical Skills

  • Apex (Salesforce Programming Language) : Knowledge of Apex programming can be helpful for customizing Salesforce further, although this is not mandatory for most Salesforce Administrators.
  • Visualforce : Familiarity with Visualforce pages for custom interfaces may also be useful for more complex customization.
  • Educational Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.) is often preferred, though not always required.
  • Salesforce Training or self-paced learning through platforms like Trailhead can be highly beneficial for gaining both the theoretical and practical knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Relevant Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, particularly in Sales Cloud, is typically required.
  • Prior experience in sales operations or similar roles is beneficial to understand the practical needs of sales teams.
