Client Reporting Associate

Horizon Recruitment  is recruiting for a  Client Reporting Associate  to join a global investment firm’s Vancouver-based reporting team. This role exists to strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality, data-driven reporting to institutional clients. With a focus on performance, risk, exposure, and other investment data, this role supports the firm’s client service and retention efforts by ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and insightful.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate client reports covering investment performance, portfolio exposures, risk, and fee data.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Own reporting calculations, document methodologies, and ensure reproducible processes.
• Support internal teams with complex data and analytics requests.
• Collaborate on projects to improve reporting workflows and systems.
• Assist in preparing data for consultant databases, due diligence questionnaires, and investment summaries.
• Work closely with global colleagues across reporting, operations, and client teams.
