Job description

We are searching for experienced customer service professionals to join a reputable organization in an Inside Sales / Customer Service position. In this role, you will support a team of outside sales representatives with administrative tasks and customer service for existing and new clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming requests from your manager, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.
  • Actively engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to drive lead generation.
  • Assist your Manager by providing relevant information to facilitate product demonstrations and presentations that address customer needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with the sales team to create and implement strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, monitor sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate invoices post-delivery.
  • Research and evaluate potential new product lines as requested by customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to accommodate unique customer requirements.
  • Track and manage open customer orders, providing updates on lead times and resolving any inquiries as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Offer insights and feedback to marketing and product development teams based on customer and market trends.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or a comparable position.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Highly motivated, positive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Compensation : $55,000 - $60,000

    Location : Burnaby

    Working Model : Fully Onsite
