Develop the company’s communication and outreach strategy through traditional, digital and event media.
Coordinate and plan the actions of the marketing department.
Description :
- Develop a common strategy with other members of management to guarantee the growth and profitability of the company.
- Manage the marketing team (5 people) : recruitment, training, monitoring, etc.
- Plan, coordinate and control marketing projects.
- Ensure that projects meet performance criteria.
- Carry out the annual marketing plan.
- Coordinate the creation and management of product brands.
- Establish the product marketing plan on different platforms.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing communication tools.
- Ensure the link between the sales, product and supply departments.
- Collect data and analyze the results of marketing actions.
- Monitor performance indicators and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate participation in events and trade shows.
- Promote mobilizing leadership within the team.
Requirements :
- BAC in marketing or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (an asset).
- 5 years or more of experience in marketing management.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
- French-English bilingualism required.
- Mastery of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of the automotive parts field (an asset).
