Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff and management.Coordinate daily workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage.Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Maintain accurate records of employee hours, performance, and incident reports.Liaise between the facility management and external vendors or contractors.Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.Qualifications :
