Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to be the friendly, calm, and caring face that welcomes every pet and person through our doors.

Position OverviewAs a
Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. We're looking for someone who
truly values the client experience and is dedicated to remaining in a
client-facing, front desk–focused role. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, compassionate support, and a welcoming environment for every visitor. This is not a stepping-stone position—it’s a vital role at the heart of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Handle emergency situations with confidence and care
- Manage multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
- Provide updates to clients on pet status and wait times
- Present treatment estimates and process payments
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and medical recordkeeping
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to support patient care
- Additional administrative or support tasks as needed
Requirements- Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or emergency setting strongly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and handling sensitive client information
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
