Global Markets Technology PMO Manager / Project Manager - IT – Expert
Location : Montreal, QC - Hybrid (Hybrid)
Contract Length : 10 Months with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting into the Director, Business Mgmt Global Markets Technology the PMO Manager will work with various project management teams within two functional areas of QTS (Quantitative and Technology Services)
- Independently and effectively liaison with various project teams and central PMO office to ensure teams are following enterprise standards for Project Management
- Work with various delivery teams and senior leadership to create business facing materials to communicate outcomes and business benefits on a regular basis.
- Becoming a key member of a Business Mgmt team supporting
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Ensure all projects are performing adequate reporting in relation to project management.Work with delivery teams and project managers to help structure JIRA boards.Assist with Town Hall material preparation.Drive creation of monthly newsletterHelp prepare materials for business presentations (Quarterly success decks, year end materials)Must have skills :
Proficiency in JIRAProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharepointStrong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.Previous work experience in independently creating senior business facing materialsWorking Knowledge of SharePoint & TableauA strong understanding of technology and / or capital markets.Experience in budgeting and forecasting.Previous work experience within a technology organization at a financial institutionPrevious experience in delivering a project greater than $5MNice-to-have Skills :
Experience in budgeting and forecastingPython and SQL.
