Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of all food items following set recipes.
• Ensure leftover food is stored and labeled properly following kitchen policies and procedures.
• Follow proper food handling in accordance with the company protocol.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring safe use of all equipment and materials.
• Clean and properly sanitize dinnerware, equipment, and kitchen area thoroughly.
• Proactive in following safety and accident reporting procedures.
• Other tasks as required.
