Financial Controller

We’re seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our Finance function and play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of the business. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with executive leadership, this role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.

The Opportunity

As Financial Controller, you’ll provide financial leadership across the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear financial insights that support informed decision‑making. You’ll oversee all core accounting functions, guide financial planning and forecasting, and develop a high‑performing finance team that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, payroll, AP / AR, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop and manage divisional budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow planning
• Deliver clear, actionable financial reporting and analysis to executive leadership
• Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with ASPE / GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Finance team
• Support strategic initiatives and long‑term growth planning
