Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Assist customers in navigating the company's products and services.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service role preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment
