Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life-cycle of large biomass and other renewable energy projects from inception through completion. You will lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your leadership will drive project teams towards achieving excellence in renewable energy project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale biomass and renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to maximize profitability and resource efficiency.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
• Facilitate clear communication across project stakeholders, including regular updates and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and address potential issues promptly.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices and renewable energy technologies.
