Position : HR Coordinator Location : Remote, with occasional presence in their downtown Toronto officeSalary : $25 per hourJob Type : Temporary - 5-month contract to start, potential for extension and / or conversionOur client, a professional services firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist with a project focused on transferring confidential employee information between HRIS systems.
This role requires previous data entry experience and at least 6 months of experience in an HR capacity, with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities : - Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system- Transfer historical employee data into a new system- Manually enter data such as performance reviews, promotion dates, and title changes- Document transfers, download and upload documents to the new system- Assist with employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures- Prepare HR-related reports and support HR projects as neededRequirements : - 3-6 months of experience in an HR role (internship or co-op acceptable)- 1+ years of experience with accurate data entry- A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field- Familiarity with HR practices and procedures- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Experience with an HRIS system is a plus, ideally BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now (HRIS, not payroll)If this sounds like you, please email your Word version resume to Angelica Stewart at angelica.
