Career opportunity:
The Marketing Specialist executes key marketing initiatives that drive new client acquisition and support sustainable annual AUM growth. The role strengthens a structured, measurable marketing system focused on generating qualified leads and discovery calls, with the teams long‑term target of contributing roughly $6MM in new AUM per year. This is not a telemarketing role and does not require outbound calling.
By managing consistent marketing execution, the role enables advisors to focus on client servicing and relationship management while maintaining a scalable marketing engine aligned with the organization’s long‑term strategy and values.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure full execution of the marketing plan and marketing calendar;
• Lead the email marketing campaigns to achieve the required KPIs for qualified leads and booked discovery calls;
• Generate a consistent volume of qualified email leads on an annual basis and achieve the targeted number of discovery calls booked directly by prospects;
• Prepare a monthly marketing report outlining budget allocation, KPI progress, and marketing calendar execution.

Scope of Responsibilities

Content & Creative Production

• Produce audiovisual and digital assets required for campaigns and content delivery;
• Maintain a consistent production rhythm aligned with marketing commitments;
• Ensure content aligns with the Team’s brand standards and values;

Marketing Strategy Execution

• Execute the marketing strategy established by the Team;
• Launch, rotate, and optimize digital advertising campaigns;
• Coordinate webinars and in-person events aligned with target markets;
• Ensure consistent execution of the marketing calendar.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

• Drive lead acquisition through digital campaigns and events;
• Maintain consistent engagement with leads through email and content initiatives;
• Support ongoing content distribution, including video, podcast, and written communications.

Digital Infrastructure & Systems

• Manage digital marketing infrastructure, including lead flows and automation;
• Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and organization of leads;
• Administer the marketing budget and support performance monitoring.

Reporting, Governance & Accountability

• Participate in weekly execution check-ins;
• Support monthly performance reviews and strategic adjustments.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• 2 year’s experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro);
• 2 year’s experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator;
• 1 year experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads);
• 1 year experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar);
• Strong digital content production skills;
• Comfortable working within modern digital marketing ecosystems;
• Experience within the Wealth Management / Investment industry is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity). (compensation must be listed for BC roles, if other provinces it’s optional)
