Looking to join an exciting team and make an impact in energy efficiency? Integrated Staffing is recruiting on behalf of NB Power for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the New Construction Commercial and Industrial Program.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service, you will communicate with a wide range of program participants, including business owners, energy managers, engineers, non-profit volunteers, and First Nations communities. You will present in-person and online, handle written and verbal communications, and support administrative and coordination tasks within the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with participants in person, by phone, in meetings, and through written correspondence, online videos
• Present slides to groups both in-person and online
• Engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Participate in technical conversations with support from technical staff
• Coordinate tasks with team leaders and colleagues, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
• Support incentive payment processes, including collaboration with Accounts Payable
