Role Summary

We're seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist to join our close-knit, vibrant team.

You'll play a crucial role in high-rise residential projects, leveraging your Revit expertise and project coordination skills.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in Revit, experienced in SPA, ZBA, permit, and CA processes, and thrives in a collaborative, BIM-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases, from design to close-out.
• Prepare presentation materials, design documentation, and submissions.
• Coordinate with project consultants and liaise with stakeholders.
• Manage client, contractor, and consultant communications.
• Attend site meetings, conduct reviews, and resolve technical issues.
• Act as a job captain, ensuring efficient project organization and documentation.
• Standardize and optimize designs for high-rise residential structures.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with high-rise residential projects.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Advanced Revit skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and patience.

Qualifications

• Senior Architectural Designer, OAA Licensed Architect, or Inter Architect.
• 5-10 years of architectural firm experience, focusing on high-rise residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently.

Experience Requirements

• Permit and Working Drawing creation : 5 years.
• ZBA, SPA, and Precon : 5 years.
• OBC and Zoning Bylaws (GTA) : 5 years.
• Active Revit use : 5 years.
• High-rise Residential in the GTA : 5 years.
• Project management (Job Captain) : 5 years.
