John’s, Newfoundland . As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support and coordinating office procedures.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :
- Answer office phone and direct call
- Monitor company inbox for urgent requests
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and proof read professional documents and correspondence
- Coordinate office operations and equipment, including ordering office supplies
- Assist with basic accounting and invoicing support
- Other support duties as required
Experience & Attributes for Success :
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business, or other related program; or equivalent experience and training
- Experience with Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep team members on task
- Superior attention to detail
- Professional and positive communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
