We're seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our Edmonton team. Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications and production schedules.
- Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with design specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, tooling changes, and production output, accurately and comprehensively.
Requirements :
