About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-time Manager, Whole Blood Collections Process Management to join our dynamic Process Management team.
The Process Management team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by the delivery of products, processes and services that meet or exceed customers’ expectations in accordance with CBS’ Management System and all legislative and regulatory requirements.
This role serves as the design authority for all processes, standards and procedures that occur within whole blood collection. In this role, you will be responsible for the pursuit of an integrated, well-defined, process-based system as well as required workforce skills / technical training and the implementation of a process management approach which will assist Canadian Blood Services in achieving operational standardization and excellence.
