Our client, a renowned company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is undergoing an active expansion phase and seeks to add a new member to their Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team! This role ensures compliance with company regulations and standards by developing and implementing HSE systems and standards while regularly interacting with employees What they offer : - Salary up to 90k + Bonus - Insurance coverage - RRSP, plus profit sharing participation - Vacation - 3 weeks + 7 Personal Days - Summer Hours - On-site parking and accessible by public transportation Your profile : - At least three years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in engineering and / or industrial safety / hygiene discipline or related fields - Strong knowledge in health, safety, and environment, as well as local regulations - Bilingualism to communicate with the company's headquarters in the United States Your role : - Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives - Participate in audits, inspections, and action plan monitoring - Stay updated on safety regulations and their impact - Analyze safety conditions and recommend improvements - Maintain site safety policies and practices - Manage SSE programs and compliance - Identify and maintain partnerships with security providers - Coach operations supervisors for SSE leadership To apply, please send your resume to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at guillermo.
