What You Will Do

The incumbent will also be expected to combine email best practices with proven experience to develop strategic email plans to evolve CAA South Central Ontario’s and CAA Manitoba’s email marketing program. Contributing to the customer journey, the Email Specialist will effect change beyond email to all content including web, social media, and App.

In doing so, the Email Specialist will manage and build relationships with the various parties involved in their delivery, including internal staff, third‑party consultants, contractors, and agencies.
