To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of mid-level to senior Employment Litigator in British Columbia, ideally with large firm and / or in-house experience.

As a Caravel Litigator, You will : P rovide a full spectrum of Employment Litigation services to clients of all sizes, across all industries Desire and ability to manage own caseload from inception through trial.

Experience at all levels of courts.

Deal with matters from intake to close, including taking initial instructions, drafting  of documentation, dealing with all correspondence, and proactively moving matters.

What would YOU Bring : Minimum of 10 years of practical related in-house and / or private practice experience Litigation experience in areas of Employment Ability to work independently and with little supervision.

First chair trial experience While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a team and promote a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture.
