This position offers full-time hours. We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Agent : Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions Taking inbound calls to solve customer’s inquiries and concerns Listening to and understanding customer needs and answering any questions they may have Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience! Qualifications of the Call Center Sales Agent : Passionate for customer service and sales An empathetic and caring approach Strong work ethic A positive attitude Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!
