Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to clients ranging from Fortune 1000 to startups in Canada / US.

We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Technology Recruiter for our Fortune 500 consulting client.

Role :  Bilingual Technology Recruiter

Location : Hybrid - Montreal, QC

Rate : $24-26 / hr CAD C2C

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months + possible extensions

Language Requirements : English & French

Must Have : Must be bilingual in both French & English

We're looking for a persistent, results-oriented professional who enjoys the challenge of matching candidates to exciting job opportunities and is focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will help the Canada recruitment team fill permanent positions throughout the recruitment process.

Core elements of this role include

Deliver appropriate recruitment plans and KPIs based on an understanding of recruitment methods and concepts

Developing and executing on appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.

Gain an understanding of the business, the external market and trends that impact our practice, such as understanding key players, mapping of relevant skillsets and maintaining a pipeline of ready to hire candidates.

Partner with Account Managers to source and attract the best qualified talent for our clients.

Conduct effective interviews and references, match and present candidates to clients.

Managing candidates thorough ATS to achieve candidate satisfaction

Leveraging the firms recruitment tools, processes and embrace the branding strategy in the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

8+ years full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the consulting world

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume environment i.e., an average workload of 20-25 requisitions

Experience recruiting candidates through a variety of sources including job boards, LinkedIn recruitment portals, referrals and pinpoint recruiting.

The ability to quickly ramp up to full management of a recruitment portfolio.

A university degree and related recruitment experience
