Senior Manager, Engineering - Web Applications

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, including hiring top-end talent
• Build sustainable processes for delivering large projects that span multiple teams or departments
• Provide mentorship, define career plans, manage performance, and set expectations
• Partner with your peer leaders on initiatives that impact the wider Engineering organization

What You Bring :

• Ability and / or willingness to use
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to communicate objectives clearly
• Experience leading teams that work on, and build for distributed platforms
• Ability to quickly pick up on core technical concepts
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the you build it, you run it mindset

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable.

Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows :

• United States : $174,900.00 to $262,400.00
• Germany : €116,300.00 to €174,500.00
• United Kingdom : £113,400.00 to £170,000.00
• Singapore : S$217,200.00 to S$325,800.00
