Globocam distributes the Freightliner, Western Star and Rizon brands, and offers alternative-energy trucks for a greener future. GLOBOCAM’S ENVIRONMENT

This newly created position at Globocam aims to centralize and optimize the sales force dedicated to parts and customer service. The Senior Sales Director – Parts & Service will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for developing sales strategies and designing, developing, and enhancing sales and performance processes. The Senior Sales Director – Parts will oversee the entire territory served by Globocam and will manage two sales directors. They will also be responsible for supervising the parts clerk teams.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE

  • Actively participate in developing a long-term strategic vision for services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize parts sales and achieve financial targets
  • Build the skills of your team
  • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy for parts sales, including market analysis and growth target definition
  • Expand into new markets
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify innovation and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
  • Model sales reports and actively participate in sales forecasting
  • Establish and maintain relationships with parts suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce Management or any combination of studies and experience will be considered
  • Strong communication skills and bilingualism (mandatory)
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing sales teams, ideally in the heavy truck parts sector
  • Proven experience in e-commerce development,
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and best practices in digital marketing
  • Understanding of truck products and market trends
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop talent
