THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting, you will :

  • Resolve complex accounting issues and ensure Aritzia’s financial statements comply with accounting standards.
  • Process complex financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Meet regulatory reporting requirements while minimizing Aritzia’s risk exposure.
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting to executive management and Board.
  • Govern the financial data that builds our financial reporting.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance in accordance with accounting policies.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting, has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in Financial Reporting & Accounting, including a professional accounting designation
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION :

The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 $170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
