• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person
• Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps
• Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity
• Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families
• Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries
• Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments
• Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures
• Support the front desk team as needed
• Other administrative or patient care duties as required What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at ease
• A natural flair for customer service and building relationships
• Sales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
• Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required Monday to Thursday from 7 : 50 AM - 5PM with Monday at Queenston and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Upper James location !
