- Distribute medications to residents, take vitals
- Ongoing evaluation of resident care plan
- To respond to and manage significant changes in residents condition and / or medical emergencies
- To supervise and delegate care responsibilities to care providers
- to complete all other tasks as assigned
- To contribute to the shared responsibility of ensuring health & safety policies are followed
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Job task planning and organizing
Job Type : Part-time
Licences : Current Registration with College of Nurses, Current First Aid and CPR, Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector
Language : English (Preferred)
