The Opportunity

Build the Future With Us - Join our Mechanical team in Markham and play a meaningful role in shaping efficient, sustainable building systems across Ontario. From designing HVAC and plumbing systems to supporting complex multi-disciplinary projects, you'll directly contribute to healthier, more resilient spaces for communities.

Your Impact

• Design mechanical building systems including HVAC, domestic water, sanitary, storm, and natural gas systems for a variety of projects.
• Prepare accurate and coordinated AutoCAD drawings and Revit 3D models to support project delivery.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles, Ontario Building Code requirements, and relevant standards including ASHRAE, ASPE, NFPA, and CSA to real-world solutions.
• Perform mechanical calculations, assist in preparing specifications, and contribute to design packages that support project approvals.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Support project management activities such as tracking deliverables, coordinating design updates, and contributing to team planning.
• Engage in BIM360 workflows to ensure integrated, efficient, and accurate project documentation.
