Job descriptionAnswer all incoming telephone calls within three rings. Respond to inbound / outbound emails, telephone calls and internet prospects from the sales department internet leads. Timely response to customer requests. Friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client / customer. Update records and enter customer information into data management system. Create and filter customer retention list and schedule sales appointments. Follow up on all sales appointments, such missed appointments. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled. Prospecting via calls and feet on the street. Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals. Assist with other duties, as assigned by the direct manager. Comfortable cold calling Strong in objection handling Highly motivated self-starter Tactfully relentless and disciplined Has a strong work ethic Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Able to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments with success Proven track record in corporate used transportation sales preferred Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun! High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must be 18 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehicle A valid driver’s license 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required with experience in retail, sales or marketing Knowledge of commercial vehicles : van, light and heavy duty trucks preferred Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays knowing that employees are required to stay until the customer’s purchase is complete and their satisfaction ensured Robust industry with training and mentorship A compensation package that includes Medical and Dental benefits Dynamic environment and ‘can-do’ culture Free parking, and free coffee!
