This is an in-home sales role (not remote).

• Proven ability to sell & hit targets

• Tech-savvy (tablet, quoting tools, CRM apps)
• Motivated, competitive, and self-driven
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Eye for design is an asset but this is a sales-first role

Experience & Requirements

• 2+ years sales or customer-facing experience (required)
• Window coverings experience (required)
• Secondary education (required)
• Valid Class 5 drivers licence (clean record)
• MondayFriday + 1 Saturday per month

Compensation

$80,000 $120,000+ per year

Commission-based with monthly bonuses
