Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly accounts payable journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Apply knowledge of accounting practice to the accounts payable function to ensure that all transactions are properly processed
• Prepare reports using generally accepted accounting principles
• Assist with reconciliation month and year end accounts payable and sub-ledger accounts
• Collaborate closely with operations, purchasing, and logistics
• Support general accounting functions including accounts receivable

What You Bring to the Table:

• A diploma or Degree with an emphasis on Business, or Accounting
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Knowledge of accounting best practices
