What Youll Be Doing

• Project Support Assist with project setup daily administration documentation and testing summaries to ensure smooth execution from award to completion.
• Accurate Reporting Review timesheets generate daily LEMs and follow up with clients to ensure timely approvals and accurate project records.
• Financial Tracking Prepare monthly invoices track project budgets and support contract and PO amendments to keep projects financially on track.
• Team & Client Collaboration Maintain positive communication with clients while working closely with Project Managers Supervisors and field teams to support project success.
• Equipment & Fleet Coordination Assist with scheduling fleet maintenance and equipment calibrations in collaboration with Project Managers the Equipment Coordinator and field teams.
