Previous automotive sales experience is a bonus but is NOT necessary as we offer full training for the right candidate! Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances. Be the product knowledge expert - Know our products inside and out including, product performance, optional packages and the latest technology. Provide our customers with an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up. Overcome objections and work with our Sales Manager and Finance Manager to finalize the purchase. Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles and with the community via social media and other community involvement. Source new and future customers and build your own loyal customer base.

As a Sales Consultant, you will meet and work with many different customers and prospective buyers to match them with a vehicle that suits their needs.
We ARE NOT COMMISSION-BASED !! We offer a base salary to provide you with financial stability plus the opportunity to earn additional bonuses. If you are motivated and driven, your opportunities are limitless – an average Sales Consultant earns around $72,000 but our top producers earn $130,000 +
