Job Title

Linehaul Dispatch Trainee

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate drivers and equipment for linehaul operations
• Communicate with drivers, terminals, and dock personnel
• Review previous shift activities and report irregularities
• Confirm bookings, manifests, and Bills of Lading
• Respond to phone inquiries and resolve operational issues
• Track incident reports and assist with follow-up
• Coordinate maintenance and assist with accident response when required
• Participate in safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
