The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between our international offices and our production plants.

His / Her productknowledge allows him / her to support our customer centers around the world, accelerate order delivery and create an exceptional customer experience.

The proximity to thesupply chain and engineering ensures constant visibility on the latest technological developments and his / her involvement allows him / her to promote them throughout ourextended network.

Responsabilities

  • Manage orders from internal customers (international customer centers)
  • Generate sales through product information and support
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with his / her customers
  • Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups
  • Drive product engagement
  • Support exploration product training
  • Coordinate international deliveries with the logistics team

Training and Experience

  • College degree
  • Three (3) years of related sales experience
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing environment

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Advance knowledge of SAP (mandatory)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong organizational, planning and control skills
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about completing tasks on time
  • Fluency in English is essential to facilitate communication with international customers and partners, and to participate actively in global projects.
