The Customer Service Representative in the returns department is responsible for engaging with internal departments and the North American sales team via phone or email, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, in order to deliver an outstanding service experience, through completing the returns and replacement transactions.
Responsible for
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails in a timely, efficient and professional manner In the ERP : Process all returns received with attention, accuracy and timelinessPhysically : Process all returns received with attention, accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate efforts with sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve various return scenarios
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Log and update various reports in order to quantify and analyze returns and issues.
- Build trust with internal departments and the north American sales team through open communication
- Work within the ERP system to create and maintain client & supplier returns and credits
- Escalate to quality control department defects and issues as it relates to non-conforming material
- Escalate returns and credits to appropriate management approval levels
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including scanning, copying files, filing
- It is to be noted that : You will be working in a Warehouse environment You will be required to stand for long periods of times37.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Capacity to take initiatives and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
