Job description

Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $87,500.00 / yr

Additional compensation types : Commission

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Selling Manpower services to clients, focused on new business development (securing new client logos).
  • Present value proposition and educate potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story with temporary staffing and permanent placement focused in clerical, light industrial or manufacturing verticals.
  • Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in an assigned territory; develop and execute against territory plan to capitalize on market / industry opportunity.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to Branch Manager / delivery team; partner with markets to solution for the client and ensure successful implementation.
  • Market and industry leadership; offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams / brands.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years selling a solution in a service industry or related experience.
  • Proven performance in a competitive / entrepreneurial pursuit with successful achievement of ambitious goals.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Industry knowledge : staffing industry, light industrial or clerical space is a plus.
